Now that's a bizarre thing, why's it there? My Dad used to make machines like this back in the 70's. I digress, it's a cool capture but I'd love to know the story behind it.

I have no idea. It just appeared there one day.
The place itself is an entrance to industrial zone, so maybe that's the reason. I will try to find more information as i am curious too.
Anyway, whoever made it has a very good sense of humor.
