Nikon CLS Practical Guide
Today i stumbled upon the wonderful Nikon CLS Practical Guide, a blog by Russ Macdonald that provides a series of detailed, well-written articles on Nikon flashes and Creative Lighting System. Russ' description of his blog is:
I decided to start this blog to capture some of the many Nikon Flash posts I've made on http://Nikonians.org/forums . Of course, the main reason this is needed by the photography world is that Nikon, who makes the world's best Flashes, doesn't do a very good job of documenting them.Added it to my blogroll: i think it will be a very useful resource for lighting newbies like me.
Photo Contest Entrant Beware! National Geographic Makes Entrants Photos Available As Wallpaper Downloads
JMG-Galleries runs an article on how National Geographic International Photography Contest 2008 is now making entrants photographs available as downloadable wallpaper.
I just wanted to submit my photos to NG yesterday, but after careful reading of their Therms of Use decided to not to do it because of this issue. They want all rights to reproduce, derive and modify my work later too and i am not ready for this.
